On March 27, the tower installation project of Shandong Liaocheng Luxi Chemical Polyamide Caprolactam Project undertaken by Ansansi, the hoisting work of the upper section of the feed separator of the S-A301 cyclohexanol separation tower was successfully completed.
The project is located in the Luxi Chemical Plant Area, Guguantun Town, Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. The ketone tower, alcohol tower, and cyclohexanol separation tower of the project need to be fabricated and installed on site. The overall production volume is about 1308 tons. Equipment debenzene tower, cyclohexene removal tower, cyclohexane refining tower, cyclohexanol separation tower feed separator, cyclohexene recovery tower, benzene recovery tower, cyclohexene separation tower, light tower, ketone tower are about 2218 tons.
The tower installation is the key equipment in this project. The upper part of the feed separator of the S-A301 cyclohexanol separation tower is 20 meters long and weighs 20 tons. The supporting T-A203 cyclohexene separation tower is as high as 120.5 meters. Weighing about 600 tons, its completion marks the beginning of the construction peak of the project's steel structure tower equipment.
